Good point about private/public alignment in order for banks to truly address economic inclusion challenges. Reminds me of a statistic I read today about public health department spending declining by 16% over the last 10 years - hardly put them in a position to vigorously address the pandemic, not to mention help them restore public trust in public institutions.
